before bbq on sat...

Hello pple! I got this e-mail from Kang Sheng...

Dear Commonwealthians!

I bring you sad news.

Commonwealth will be moving from its current campus (Jurong East St 24) to the old River Valley High site (opposite West Coast Park) on Monday, 27 Nov 06! There will be a walk-a-thon to the new campus organised by the school administration commencing at 8.00 am. If you are interested, please meet at the car park of the JE 24 campus at 7.45 am!

In addition, the CSS Alumni Management Committee will also be organizing a POT LUCK Party at CSS (JE 24) on 25 Nov 06 from 4 pm to 8 pm - 2 days before the shifting begins! We strongly urge you to come back and reminisce the memories you have had in Commonwealth! Come take a LAST look at where you used to sit in class or where you used to eat in the canteen or even your favourite toilet cubicle!

It will be great if you could bring some food to add to the fun as well!

As we do not have the email addresses of all ex-commonwealthians, we strongly hope you would forward this email to all your classmates/ schoolmates/ batchmates, informing them of the above 2 events! It's an event not to be missed!

We look forward to seeing you in both the old and new CSS!

We are not going for the school's pot luck dinner cos we have our own bbq! I understand that some of us are meeting at je mrt at 230pm. I was thinking, since it's just nearby, why don't we pop by Commonwealth for the last time on Saturday, before going for our bbq??

We can meet like 130pm at Commonwealth? I know it sounds insanely early. So it's optional okay! Go if you can! Think of it this way, it'll be our last time at the je campus! That is, if we're not going for the walk-a-thon on Monday.
